It’s that time of the week again. When our Malawian women show us how to kill it in the gym.
This week @tracypk_ from@thebalancedspace hit us with a lower body work out and I hope by the time we get to the end, we look half ass god as she does.
The amazing part is you can do this workout in your garden, so you can’t give excuses about the gym being too far (that ones my favorite).
The work out consists of:
🏋🏾♀️Jump Rope (10 minutes)
🏋🏾♀️Banded Squat Jumps (15x4)
🏋🏾♀️Squat into Leg Kick (24x4)
🏋🏾♀️Walking Lunges (24x4)
🏋🏾♀️Wall sit (1 minute)
