Its #WellnessWednesday and today we are focusing on what we put into our bodies.

You’ve probably heard that working out isn’t enough but what you put in your body is so important as this body is what carries us through life as @thatschelsea teaches us.



Practicing wellness as women of colour reduces the risk of certain cancers, it decrease in depression and anxiety.


It helps to maintain healthy bones and muscles;helps in aging slowly….black not cracking requires taking care of yourself.
